Marina High School Athletic Philosophy

Athletics at Marina High School represent an opportunity for students to engage in activities that enhance their physical, social-emotional, and mental development. To be eligible to participate in the interscholastic athletic program at Marina High School, students must meet the academic and physical standards described in this guide. Participation is a privilege and not a right or an entitlement. To remain in good standing on athletic teams, students are expected to exhibit the highest level of conduct on and off the field within the Marina High School community. They must demonstrate respect for their fellow students at Marina High School and for teammates, game officials, opponents and spectators.
